I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. The seemingly positive reviews are misleading and likely fabricated by the company itself. The CEO often makes promises that are never fulfilled and will outright deny making them when confronted. The company culture is non-existent, and the work environment is highly unprofessional. One of the most significant issues is the lack of respect for employees. Not only is the salary abysmally low, but employees are also expected to work rigid hours despite being promised flexible hours. The company practices extreme micromanagement using SSM, which stifles any sense of autonomy or trust. They fail to provide any real benefits, and there's no opportunity for career growth. Additionally, the company’s approach to employee treatment is callous. They demand loyalty without offering any respect or fair compensation in return. Raises are only offered when you decide to leave, and the job descriptions are filled with misleading information. The company misrepresents itself to clients and employees alike, encouraging dishonesty in sales practices. Overall, this company appears to be more focused on making a quick profit rather than genuinely caring for its employees or clients.

There is no real company culture- hard to grow unless you’re in the inner circle. Leadership consistently prioritizes saving money over employee well-being. I was regularly booked on ultra-budget flights like Spirit and housed in budget motels like Super 8 during work travel. When I gave my two weeks’ notice, I was immediately locked out of all systems within 10 minutes. I couldn’t even say goodbye to my team or transition my work. You will not be paid for your two weeks if you give notice-they'll only pay out accrued PTO. They also withheld earned commissions, which felt unethical. Morale is low, and over time it became clear that most employees feel undervalued and unheard.
