In my first 90 days of employment and I've been welcomed onboard with open arms. I am amazed at the talent and knowledge the team has, as well as how eager they are to share their insight. It can often take months to feel like you are part of a team, but that isn't the case here. Everyone is personable and they genuinely want you to succeed. I haven't had any difficulty connecting with management for guidance or collaboration and I'm excited about how we can grow our goals for this year and the future.

As a non-technical person in a marketing role for a technology company, I wish I could jump in at full capacity, but there is the expected learning curve. This isn't negative, but a matter of learning.
