Talented and dedicated coworkers. Range of projects that we worked on has provided me a unique range of experiences in typology and phases. David is consistently hands on with projects and with the office. I came to work at Adjaye Associates because of David. Very first team meeting I joined, he called everyone by their names and was supportive and encouraging about their work. He has a vision but also welcomes questions and discourse. The projects and the clients we get to meet is beyond inspiring.

Management is still a work in progress but appreciate the direction.

There are no pros unless you think having a few snacks available and nice views can compensate for incompetent, abusive management. Led by an uninformed, media obsessed "CEO" with no actual understanding of the DEI she touts.

The "CEO" is not an architect, just a media hungry , opportunistic storyteller who shamelessly took advantage of the cancel culture situation to steal the role of the two architects who actually built the studio. Is it any wonder that all of the talent fled as soon as those two left?
