Most clients are eager to learn things but you get a lot of clients who are un interested in services and it falls back on you , you will get questioned on why client doesn’t want to do certain things and ultimately management will accuse you constantly of not doing ur job with out assessing the situation first , instead of looking at the situation as a whole they will point fingers at you without even asking or having knowledge of the whole situation.

A lot of things “slip through the cracks of management” they will play staff against each other or just lie and say another staff said “this” because they don’t want to look into a situation… also they will ask you very illegal questions and if you don’t have knowledge about “policies or laws regarding employee rights” essentially you will get screwed over in the end my advice to staff working here is always record management calls and or conversations because I promise you they will say things and then say they didn’t and or say you never said “this and this” when Infact you did . I could go on and on about how messed up about how they treat staff members especially the ones who don’t know there rights and or policies they will take advantage of you so be careful everyone who works at this establishment says the same thing about this office in particular and no you will not get raises or promotions there is staff here that have worked more than 10 years and still working for barely minimum wage .
