      Good crowd, but sadly management team don't know what they are doing. Very fun place to work, but no personal progression

      Managers are generally over bearing, over demanding and not willing to put in the work themselves to get a project overy the line. Have found myself working many evenings, with little thanks. Promised equity on interview, have never received it.

      Great size of the group, big enough to feel like a real business but small enough that everyone can talk to everyone which I love. Young and vibrant culture, "can do" team mentality - everyone works really hard but there's also a load of fun traditions and loads of space to grow.

      The lack of process and organization that comes with a start up can sometimes be frustrating.
