      ACM takes care of their employees and care about their employees. After years of hearing of work/life balance from bigger companies I finally found it when I joined ACM.

      They were very friendly and helpful when every I needed it. It is a family owned company so I was able to meet the owners and feel apart of a team. They trusted be with a few projects to help out with even though I was brand new to the work.

      Negative: They have no problem spreading you thin with projects, and zero regard with how stressful that can be, even when brought to manager's attention.
