      Pay is good, some employees are nice

      Lack of communication, they lie on you, they don't have the resources to train you to be a manager, if the executives make a mistake on the judgement of you they will have you fired quickly. It doesn't matter how good of a job you do. This is not a trustworthy company!!!!

      Thanks for sharing your perspective. I'm am sorry you feel we have not created a place where things - both positive and constructive - can be discussed openly without fear of repercussions before you left the company. We are working hard to build that and are focused on maintaining it while we grow.

      Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

      Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
