I love that this company gives me everything I need to be successful without the micromanagement. I have top notch equipment and can easily contact the people who developed each product when I have questions.

The only downside to the company is that we are trying to venture in to some new areas focused on services instead of product. Everyone in the company will tell you that Adobe is a product company, but the actions of the some executives don't align with words. I get the feeling of rogue actions and kingdom building at the senior leadership level.
