The Singapore office is extremely political, with people focused more on managing upwards than actually serving the customers. The sales team are basically relationship managers, and some are rather shallow (eg showing off on instagram about the lavish parties they throw). They also tend to oversell to customers for solutions they will not use realistically, so in the end only 10-20% of the solution is used - all this because of the high pressure on numbers and their own fat commissions.
