In case you are joining ABD/GBD your work life is doomed . No work culture you will get a feeling of working in call center with scripts being provided , constant run rate of sales and daily meetings. They expect you to keep delivering with the same BOB which was exhausted in the first quarter . No decorum or manners anyone can address you anyhow. You can be berated or demeaned in front of anyone . Any escalations to HR wouldn't be heard as they are not interested in making any changes. Most of the management has multiple cases of mental harassment against them but no action will be taken till the director one day stops liking the manager and then makes a plan to fire him. Judgement and bias is at peak if they form an opinion about you they will make endless cases against you to get you fired with a hoax justification. More interested in hiring temp and people who are followers and not thinkers . Attrition is the highest in this team still no action . There are endless meetings in a day, unrealistic number goals and too much politics. Most of people working here now are facing anxiety, panic attacks , stress related other complications HR response to all of them is use wellness fund . I wouldn't recommend anyone to join Adobe Business Direct or Global Business Direct. They have all the time in the world to keep changing the name of the process but to unfair practices, undue pressure they turn a blind eye .
