Right off you knew which employee's were in the "con game".
Owner would tell you not to accept tips, if he found out he would fire you...Need to say that didn't happen to the one's who had worked there for awhile.
There employees used hard sale tactics on client's making them think they need expensive add-on's, or replacement systems when the units could be fixed, which would inflame a lot of their clientele after they found out. Other technicians that didn't play the game were weeded out and fired!
Owner would have meetings and say one thing, but expect a total different outcome i.e. (talk about employee safety at weekly meetings, but expect an employee to do hazardous things at their own expense).
