Advanced automation is a supplier of custom automation solutions. They have flexibility, it is a small company, and they are very close knit such as a family. You can move towards whereever you desire due to its small structure.

There is a high turnover rate with the industry. Many controls engineers are let go, then re-hired and then let go depending on the seasonal changes of job contracts. Alot of work and traveling is required (30%-40% travel ~50 hour work weeks up to 70+).
