The leadership genuinely cares about their employees and are always willing to have conversations that are solution-focused and compassionate. I really can't think of any! Leadership is observant and compassionate-- willing to reach out and make sure everything is okay instead of coming from an immediately punitive stance.
Dedicated staff. This is a BCBA owned company. There are clear goals on following best practices and providing services to clients. Mental health is important to all staff. Professional development opportunities.
