First, regarding health benefits, ACS does offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance to all full-time employees. Employees are eligible for these benefits on the first day of the month, following their first month of employment. Secondly, ACS does offer a matching 401K plan. All full-time employees are eligible only after 6 months of employment. We apologize that this was not clearly communicated to you during your time with us. We will be more proactive about this in the future.
