Unstable owner, often shouts at and degrades employees. Has a few select favorites that are never held accountable for mistakes. Several nice managers, but they have very little authority to make changes. Benefits are pretty basic, pay scale is on the lower side. Despite what they say about making changes, owner does not really seem interested in doing that other than firing and hiring someone new.
