Extremely high turn over rate. Young people coming for a few week and quit because the job is paying too low and no sign of career advance in long term. You can waste 15 years of youth just to get minimum wage. To them, employees are just replaceable part. They don't care about you. Just squeeze you until you burn out and quit. That's how your life look like when you work here. Experienced employees quit because of the time of their commitment 10~15 years. All they got is 15 cent raise. It is a joke. But real as hell. Micromanaging at its finest. Unprofessional managers with worst manner, yelling at you right in front of everyone. So many stories about people cry, scared, and then quit. They could tear you apart for your mistake but never admit their mistake. Watch out !!!! They could blame on you for their mistake, so cover yourself carefully when you work here. Mandatory overtime. They don't care about your personal time. Bereavement leave ? Cancel it. Appendicitis ? Keep working, okay? I'm speechless. I've never work such a place like this before.
