If there were less than one star to fill, I definetly would! There is a HUGE issue with lack of respect starting from their lead-men to supervisors, and ending to their Project Managers and HR, (So basically downright everyone of authority). When someone strives to do better and try to make this job a career out of, they are told to, "Prove themselves worth", and you will be basically stressing yourself and your body out for them as well as making yourself a fool out of. The main managers lie to you and make you believe you are getting your "hard work's worth" and promise you overtime when then they turn around and change their mind's, explaining how your designated job location doesn't meet the work quota or, "proves themselves worthy", of overtime. While one section of work is struggling meeting the overtime expectations, another section or shift is granted overtime and will be working the overtime you've been begging for all along. Then, immediately suggesting how your section of work isn't working hard enough or even trying their best to meet the "Company's needs." There is much more listed to name but the few that are mentioned in this section should help you summarize the idea of this place. Oh and also, if you want to suggest the money out, I wouldn't bother, because they underpay you for slave work and also charge you "Miscellaneous Fees" to your last check which leaves your last check totaling out to $1.00 or about $0.54 cents. And that is not even a joke!
