When I started (5+ years ago) there was a lot of potential. At the time they were owned by a Portuguese that was trying to make inroads into the US. Poor management resulted in that failing and ACS being sold to a private equity firm. Recently Indra, a Spanish company that wants to make inroads into the US, owns ACS.

Raises have been dangled over employees like a carrot for the past few years. Employees are started to defect in part to the compensation (lack of). It is almost comical that support does not know what was sold to the customer. Every department has different names for products. Several departments are not accountable and support is constantly left trying to fix things. Recent customer conference attendance was up (due to the indra purchase according to several) but many customers are growing to not trust ACS.
