Friendly coworkers (including top management), perfect organization to grow technical skills, nice coffee machine, nice cubicles, very clean office, real problem solving projects, the company competes with highly well-known manufacturer. The company supplies half of the world market for such products (number #1 in producing high output radioisotopes, others can't). The teams are groups of experienced professionals. Many employees tend to stay for more than 5 years. Multicultural and everyone respects each other. Never heard of anyone swearing at work, it's very chill and calm atmosphere. No competition at work (everyone supports and helps each other regardless of weaknesses). Birthday celebration (including coupon for free meal at cafetaria), summer BBQ, Halloween costumes event, Christmas dinner, many more events that will make your experience great there.

Lack of management (cross-team communications, meetings), lack of mentoring program, a lot of overlapping tasks & over time work

Reliable, high power cyclotrons, competitive with the big players - GE, IBA. Customers usually very satisfied with production capabilities of machine and downtime. Fun people to work with - good team of engineers and support staff. Lots of tenured employees. Lots of job security if you're in the core.

Business not growing. Lopsided with too many engineers, not enough business leaders. Overshooting with complex design and functionality when customer doesn't need it. No market research. Lacking strong leadership.
