Unfortunately, the administration staff, including HR, CFO, and management, don't show adequate respect for employees. Their focus seems to be solely on saving money, even at the cost of employee well-being. There is a lack of appreciation for efforts, no social activities, or team-building initiatives, and employees are often dismissed without consideration. Additionally, the workplace is equipped with outdated, non-performing computers, further affecting productivity and morale.
