Long hours, and most vacations involve some level of staying in the loop through emails or calls, but overall the pros outweigh the cons. Must be highly organized to meet all demands in new sales, retention efforts,, admin, activity requirements, and CRM. Some disconnect of higher management to field workers performing the work, and better communications between these levels would be an improvement, especially through more ongoing training, but overall, management is better than average.
