The boss away from the office a lot

The Boss is a MONSTER. The boss is verbally abusive. This employer has tried to improve his GlassDoor score by writting his own reviews. The boss's training style is to yell at you and ask you questions that rely on ONLY THE BOSS'S PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE to answer well. Make one mistake and the boss will return to your desk four times in fifteen minutes and give you the SAME LECTURE over and over again. The boss will ask you to do something, and EVEN IF YOU WHAT IS REQUESTED if the result is not what the boss expected (say a good response to a email) HE WILL YELL AT YOU. How is anyone supposed to get the "happy-happy-joy-joy" response from another person? I am not responsible for how they respond. . . If you dare to stand up to the boss's attacks, the boss yells at you even MORE. I wish that I could warn future employees BEFORE they put their eggs ANYWHERE near this basket. This employer turns employees like basketball players turn the ball.
