I love the challenging projects, which are chosen based on the ability of our teams to work together in areas we enjoy working at. We all enjoy our work and helping each other improve and solve the challenges that come our way.

I can't really think of a con to working here. It's a company of great people doing fun projects, in one of the most desirable places to live.

-Whole team is great to work with (engineers, purchasing team, manufacturing team), except CEO and some managers -Projects are fun, challenging and exciting -Building is new and fun to work in

This used to be a great place to work, until the CEO decided to aggressively grow the company in 2023. Since then many employees have left due to the CEO's poor business decisions and toxic behavior. It's a shame because AED has the potential to be one of the most fun companies to work for. Even current employees don't want to refer friends to the open positions because of the CEO.
