AEM is just coming into it’s own from having been 7 separate companies, all great companies. There’s lots of change to process and sometimes it seems daunting.

Great people to work with and work-life balance

No clear strategy, lack of decision-making at leadership level, no dedicated product leadership or roadmap. Focus is only on getting any sales however you can at lowest cost, which is not sustainable.
