Great place to work, easy access to management

Not recommended if you want to work in a bigger and structured environment

Good for people that want to start a career with no previous experience; no working extra hours, for those who like fixed schedule.

No support from colleagues or management, bad organization of work for project tasks, no possibility of development yourself, very old tools used, micro management of work time, no autonomy and no trust to the employees from the superiors. HR processes are handled very slow (when handled).
