May be growing again and space for growth is a concern

This is an excellent place to get your feet wet in the health care industry. The hours are perfect (8-4 or 9-5) with no time outside of normal work hours. You can also make up PTO by working on the weekends and earn extra days off to use at your disclosure. There is often free snacks available and always free coffee!

The pay is that of an entry level company. It's not great, but it's a wage that allows you to live in Chicago.
