During my three years at Advanced Medical Management. I can not express on how much health care experience I've gained after graduating during the time I was with the company. At AMM, I was pleased to work with such a great team and approachable leaders who well understood me. Very well mannered, professional and flexible with my schedule. Mangement was always available to help and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all the support I received and was never left unnoticed. This is a great place to work for if you are seeking for a health care career. I recommend this company to any recent grad or professionals. There is limited support from managers and leadership, which makes it challenging to feel guided or supported in the role. Opportunities for growth and advancement are minimal, and communication between teams is lacking—especially when workflow or process changes are introduced—leading to confusion and inefficiencies.
