I am very proud to have been part of that journey. - The business has been listening more recently to employee input and are making changes faster than any company I have seen. It takes time to change, but it’s in the right direction. - First company I have worked for that considers not just making the first unit, but also how are all the other 1,000’s if no 1,000,000’s need to be made. Even established companies don’t really do this to the extent this company does. - Smart people who are getting better. - The board is strong and making the right moves with the business. - The leadership has changed recently and with a really experienced team on board.

- There is a lot to do and some legacy issues to clean-up. So lots of work. This is not uncommon for start-ups that move fast. - If you aren’t enjoying what you are working on in the business the pace will eat you alive. If you like to just trick along and just do your bit and go home. You will struggle. A number of reviews for this business already show this.
