      Vantaggi

      Coworkers were friendly and down to Earth. Offices are newly renovated. Not very stressful work environment. Easily able to contact management. At times, it was a fun place to work.

      Svantaggi

      Lack of direction from management. Not a very strong force in the market. Very little room to advance professionally within the company. No strong sales force. Expect more responsibilities over time outside the area or profession you're working, and no recognition or reward for taking on the additional duties.

      Fun and friendly work environment; nice facilities, good salary and good benefits. Paid IT training and certifications. Convenient centralized location.

      Company has excellent goals and views that they make you a part of. Very friendly and personable management and coworkers; it's a tight knit group, but very welcoming to new employees. There is room and opportunity for growth and you are praised and awarded for achievements, challenging yourself, excelling in your field and continuing your knowledge. Communication is awesome between management and staff.
