Subpar health/dental benefits No other Pro’s for this company

They claim to have a great work life balance, but that will be one of the many lies fed to you by ANS. A terrible company with a horrendous employee environment. Also they have a terrible ADA policy, and will make obtaining any type of accommodations extremely difficult. This company is fear-base in how they manage you. The anxiety you will develop from the fear of making a mistake alone, isn’t the only con of company. The management will appear welcoming at first, but that is all a facade and just the tip of the type of passive aggressive work culture you’ll experience at ANS. They will try to entice you by stating this position has a great WLB (A lie)! You’ll be overworked and stressed from the amount of times management will ask you to cover a case. Will try to overwork you if you do not speak up for yourself.
