Too many to list. This entire company is a con. All the positive reviews posted below is because employees were told by management to write them. Very rigid place to work and you're treated like a disposable piece of crap. High staff turnover for a reason. Management tries to force staff to evangelize the brand. People with little talent or intellegence who are seen to evangelize Advanced Nutrients are favoured and given more respect and opportunity than those who work quietly and diligently. There is little connection between the departments, so all you have to do is be fake to managers and fake working and they thinks you're the creme rising to the top. People with the boss's ear get to cherry pick the best jobs for themselves. Staff forced to work long hours, even though people are mostly just twiddling their thumbs and clock watching, and management just swan off all over the world while barking orders from afar. And people with little talent get to call the shots. Zero free perks. If you see a job posting from this place, best to ignore it.

disappointed with the opportunities for advancement and recognition. In my experience, employees were often encouraged to work harder and take on additional responsibilities without seeing meaningful rewards or career growth in return. I also felt that management did not always value employee input, and communication regarding promotions and internal opportunities could have been more transparent. At times, it seemed that hiring or promotion decisions had already been made before interviews took place, which made it difficult to feel that everyone was being given an equal opportunity. Employee turnover appeared to be high during my time there, and morale was often affected by management practices. While some people may have a different experience, mine left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. The people on the floor were the best part of the job, but I would encourage potential employees to carefully consider the company’s culture and advancement opportunities before accepting a position.
