Vantaggi
You can wear casual clothes. Some of their clients are big name brands that look good on your resume. Nice building, and great location on 635 / Royal.
Svantaggi
Backstabbing is rewarded. The pay is below average. The pay gaps are astronomical. The overall education level of the company is incredibly low. More than 75% did not go to college. Some are high school dropouts. They have a discrepancy system that documents any time you make a mistake. These mistakes can be written by your coworkers, and are displayed for the entire company to view. You are given a short time to explain why you made the mistake, and why you'll never do it again. The system is mainly used for personal attacks. Many employees develop health issues because it's a very stressful environment. The president of the company makes business decisions based on emotion. Upper management will speak to you like children. If you become manager, expect to work nights/ weekends and have that extra effort ignored. If certain people don't click with you, they will do everything in their power to have you fired. Most upper management are lifers, and have been there 15+ years. Micromanagement stalls the company growth. New ideas are continuously shot down. You're either a "yes-man" or a "bad attitude". There is no team-building. You are groomed to hate your co-workers, which will eventually seep into your personal life. They have a quarterly lunch, with the same caterer each time. The president will usually use this time to give an incredibly negative speech about the lack of company growth, and the bad economy. The walls are blank, minus a few cliche motivational posters.
