Dedicated team undermined by poor management practices - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service presso Advanced Rx

All departments work well together, with excellent communication. Everyone is friendly and genuine, which I've never experienced in a work atmosphere. Supervisors, Managers, Pharmacists, and Co-workers treat each other respectfully. I work remotely and always feel included. They value the input of all employees. Excellent place to work!

Team building, mostly relaxed atmosphere.

Management is a clique that a select few are allowed in. They do a lot of bad mouthing employees and each other behind closed doors which creates a very fake atmosphere that initially pulls you in then hurts your feelings. If you give they will take take take and walk all over you. Owners have become disconnected and very "big pharma" demanding numbers since the last move. It's comical and insincere how they walk around once a year or so to ask each member of the staff their holiday plans one after the other then go back to their office for the year. Management may gaslight you and will make empty promises daily. HR is unprofessional and likes to "take off the HR hat" when alone with management and gossip so be warned if you have an issue with a manager there is no safe space. They are non confrontational so they will avoid you over small issues until it becomes too big then bring you into an intimidating meeting about "on going issues" you were never made aware of. These issues may be as small as talking too much. Racism was witnessed, they are not aggressively racist however there is a clear level of learned racism against the black community that they are not willing to admit to or address. Overall bullies who are non-confrontational are running the company and all departments making a mess of the atmosphere, job security, and friendships.
