Hostile work environment from some companies - you are held to different standards than full-time employees. Traps immigrants, mothers, the elderly, improverished and desperate workers in a cycle of back-breaking labor while taking a cut of your pay and keeping you barely at minimum wage. The entire system is corporate prostitution.
