Vantaggi
Account I was assigned had convenient transportation. Was hired because I had worked on the account before and thought my experience would benefit the company so things came to me very breezy especially because the position i came in for had no training it was more of a learn as you go (can be a con). Benefits and pay is great which is why i took on the position despite the negative comments i read online. Breakdown: - $$ -Workplace Culture -Benefits -Commuter Benefits -Location -Lots of Fun Events/perks -Team works really hard
Svantaggi
I should have took the advice from the reviews I read online. Read and beware with Employment offer because they will screw you. My team was great, but management was horrible. Communication was horrific, lots of time I was given task but no direction. Management cares so much about the client that they will not have your back if you do anything to not be at their level or they will have you falsify information so that they look good no matter if it is unethical. I was put in so many awkward scenarios from management because I was told to do something unethical but feared I would get let go due to speaking up or not complying their demands. HR seems to have your back in the beginning with the weekly 1:1's but then they start to view employees different when told the truth about management or the account they are on. Never know what management is thinking because they do not communicate or find time to sit with you to discuss how to succeed, like if they want to see you fail. They like to test you to see how far you will go to get an issue resolved that is not an issue, but they make it seem like it is nonnegotiable. The moods of managers come in waves and never know to expect, their good side or bad. When on their bad side, some will micromanage and start to point out really small details that is not a big deal but want to belittle employees. I thought this was only my experience but realized that other on the team thought the same way. Next time I will consider the reviews from other employees. Breakdown: - Unethical -Poor communication from management -Stressful long hours - Lack of employee to manager respect (too laid back where management does not consider your time) -Lack of appreciation -Management does not set expectations but expect you to know that they have high ones -Bi-polar Upper Management -Discrimination – Non-native English speaker/writer -No Business/career plans or goals or timeline
