As far as salary, we are committed to compensating employees a fair and competitive wage, that includes a total compensation package in addition to base salary. Our leadership team does evaluate our pay structure, including checking with our competitors, to make sure we are fair in that regard. In addition, we actively encourage employees to keep the communication lines open if they have questions about career trajectory and growth. At no point do we want people to feel that they don’t have growth opportunities; we grow when our employees grow too. In regards to work/life balance, we realize that our industry can be challenging. We do offer a flexible work environment to allow for work/life balance. And we encourage those that are not seeing this, to bring those concerns forward so that we may address them and work with you to find a solution.
