Supportive environment but demanding cross-departmental work - Recensione dipendente - MSR II presso Advancial

I just finished my first week at the Anchorage location. I have nothing but good things to say about this team. From day one I have felt welcomed and valued. Even during the interview, I immediately felt at home. I can't recommend Advancial enough!

Only con was the interview process was a little long! But they did keep me updated every step of the way.

They have a welcoming onboarding experience training where you learn about your tools, the company, and important financial information to help you understand how the business works. Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. It is a small company but they seem to take a large consideration into culture and ensuring those they hire are people who care about others. Benefits are great with 8% 401 K offer and other special benefits. It seems like there is a good work life balance and opportunities to work from home depending on the role. Lots of ways to get to know co-workers and build relationships with peers.

Not really a con, but it is a smaller company, so some teams may be very small.
