Consistent work, and great coworkers. Good experience for young technicians who are looking for assistance in dealing with larger it infrastructural issues.

Lacking internal growth opportunities. Easy to experience burn out and fatigue in the industry as a whole.

Independence, no micromanagement, good folks...okay benefits mostly. There are enough different things to do that it does not get boring very fast, and it gives people a challenge if you like that sort of thing. Some pretty amazing folks.

-Almost no direction from management. -Very low pay even for WV. I started there at the equivalent of 20/hr. after several years and no raise, I had to beg to get one that was about 80 cents. At the time I had more than 18 years exp, and 4+ years of education. -Bonuses are super difficult to get. -The benefits could be better. -NO guarantee of getting saved vacation days paid out when departing company. -After speaking with several former employees, and current employees while I was there I discovered a pretty big difference in pay structure practices between people, even if they had the same exact job title and similar exp.
