There are some very professional people at the company, so when stuck or when needing a backup - there is someone for the rescue. Even though it might not be the most efficient service to customers - I believe the results are professional.

The company is billing clients by the hour, and needs to maximize revenue - their way to do it is to have many non-professional employees (un-experienced, non-skilled and generally not very good), backed by a small number of professional employees to keep a facade of a functioning operation. It results in low salaries and caos in managing HR. The job is always done - but not sure how efficient it is. also, not enough emphasis on HR management, but unfortunately this is part of the deal when discussing Israeli consultancy agents :(

it was ranked as one of the first companies in Tel Aviv for IT services in the past years. I do not know what is it's present rank
