Nothing in particular. Before it was privately owned with good owner leadership with great team of engineers. Now running with bunch of morons deletants. low pay ,pure benefit. Not respect to employee regardless of the role.

All what you don't want in a company is there. It belongs to a holding company. No room to growing. Nothing to rely on, no valuable management. The few who try to make changes, will give up and leave.
