Now owned by Trinity Consultants, Advent has always treated me well and they seem to look out for their own.

I don't really have any complaints. They're nice and they at least try to put me where I want to go in terms of client and job function.

You can be in multiple projects at the same time.

Managers/Account Managers are not always transparent. Many of us were told that the position is hybrid but then requires you to be onsite 100%. I had many interactions in which management did not back me up and was ALWAYS in the client's side. Many people I worked with will throw you under the bus in order for them to look good so they can stay in the project and you get the boot.
