The company culture is hands down the best thing about this job. The people you work around each day will become wonderful friends and laid back environment in the office is fantastic. Micromanaging is minimal to non existent meaning if you can get your work done and have good performance there is not a lot of stress over how and when your job gets done. The flexible hours and options to work remotely add to the general feeling of freedom in this job. Constantly learning new practices and destinations as the company grows is definitely a pro for the right personality. If you are comfortable with constant change and often flying by the seat of your pants this job might just be for you. Travel opportunities are wonderful but you will definitely spend more time at a desk than you will in any of the incredible destinations around the world that we work in. Management does a good job emphasizing a work life balanace and offering benefits to reflect this.

The work is demanding. Most employees work at breakneck speed 40-50 hours a week and still go home each night not having everything finished. General growing pains of this company mean that those who like structure and hard and fast job descriptions will not find their needs met. Flexibility is key in every aspect of this job. Many of the “pros” about the job are available only to senior staff. Working from home, flex time, etc though often touted as a job perk often does not materialize until a year or two in. Be prepared to work the worst hours, have the lowest quality leads and be fairly glued to your desk (I.e. pay your dues) before reaping any of the benefits
