New CEO and senior leaders have brought a refreshing change and focus on strategy and growth. Coworkers are welcoming and collaborative. Candid and open dialogue-culture of transparency

Most of the staff are great and are good at their jobs. Work/life balance is manageable because hybrid work schedules are allowed. I appreciate that the changes Adviser is implementing will improve the firm's client offerings; however, it remains to be see whether these changes are better for staff.

All new management and C-suite executives hired within the last year; they develop snap impressions of people/processes and run with wrong impressions. Many staff from acquired firms have been demoted or redefined out of a job. "Extra efforts" are expected and go unrewarded or unacknowledged...or acknowledgements are uneven and inconsistent. Staff turnover in the last year has been extremely high, both in quits/layoffs (consistent with private equity aim to keep costs down & profits high). It seems the company cares more about $$ than people.
