      Flat organization. Management is transparent with strategy and state of business. Amount of overtime is reasonable (for a Japanese ad agency)

      Comp package is smaller than other agencies. Continue education has room for improvement.

      People are friendly, the product is great, and the job is fun.

      Pay is terrible. You will be forced to work long hours, and you will be paid way below market value for your job title. Management is very cheap. Excelling at your job or being promoted/given more responsibility will not be reflected in your salary.
