Customers appreciate it. Culture remains of curiosity, collaboration and merchant centric, and makes good efforts to keep the employees motivated and proactive.

Feels innovation comes at a lower pace than it used to -also makes sense given scale-. Some things are "invented internally" while there are great experts outside (can be process, incentives, legal etc) which could help save time.
