Internal Mobility - Company is also open to internal mobility opportunities. If your long-term career aspirations is in another business function, or in another country. The managers are usually willing to help you make that happen, as long as that fit the other team's or office's business goals. WLB - It really depends on the merchants you work with, sometimes it could be tough before critical go-lives.
