Leadership style is highly top-down, with decision-making concentrated at the very top. Limited to no autonomy, with frequent approvals required even for routine work Significant time spent in meetings, reviews, documentation, feedback and approvals often at the expense of execution. Processes are often slow and layered, creating friction in day-to-day work Management approach feel outdated, including close monitoring of working patterns and strict control over processes and budgets. Underinvestment in tools, systems, and hiring in key areas, leading to stretched teams. Organisational setup combines limited resources with heavy internal processes, which can be frustrating. This culture has directly resulted in the loss of excellent talent, with employee turnover in some departments being extremely high as a consequence. Stay away!
