Room to improve work-life balance, as the workload can be overwhelming at times. The HR team is not very supportive and often unresponsive to employee concerns. Outdated and rigid policies related to compensation and employee benefits. Unrealistic goals and tight deadlines can lead to burnout. Policies seem focused more on cost-cutting than employee satisfaction. The management's expectations are often misaligned with available resources. HR processes and communication need significant improvement. Pressure to meet unrealistic targets creates a stressful work environment.

Most managers tend to micro-manage. Senior leadership does not take feedback well and does not listen to its employees. Very cult-like behaviour. Favouritism over competence always. Overworking is rewarded in the name of hustle culture without any overtime pay. HR is one of the worst I've ever seen. Everything is always urgent, and you will be pressured to work on weekends and at odd hours. No work-life balance, and hence, burnout is prevalent here. There is no transparency into the company's financials, and you never know when your salary will be put on hold during a rough patch.
