If you’re applying for a sales or HR role, you’re in for a flogging. The company never had or currently has anyone at the helm who knows what they’re doing, ie scaled a tech business. No strategy. No money. No product. The business is not viable and the share price shows it. HR is a revolving door. Sales people get hired and fired because that’s the easy option. It deflects the boards attention from the real problem: No strategy. No money. No product. Your mental health will suffer. Your career will suffer. You’ll work hard trying to sell a crappy product, or fix HR issues with zero support. You’ll soon leave or be made redundant for your efforts, like many before you.
