Everyone pulled together to make things work. Clear DE&I Strategy. Intellectually stimulating. Amazing attention to detail. Lots of clear leadership development training for all levels of retail. Amazing onboarding. Strong, Retail focused brand.

It does attract a certain type of person, and if you were not of that type then you often found it difficult to fit in. In later years, KPIs became the ONLY conversation, whereas previously it used to be about human connection and creating an experience. I hear now that it is a part of LOreal that the original Aesop culture is completely gone and it is now just a standard LOreal brand… nothing unique exists.
